Peri Peri Chicken, salsa, coleslaw & salad shokupan sandwich

Chicken breast marinated in spices in a freshly baked artisan shokupan bread made by LARDER accompanied with a fresh and zesty salsa, creamy coleslaw amd lettuce for some crunch and thin slice of cheddar cheese . It is then served with our homemade peri peri sauce made from roasted bell peppers, onions and chilli's on the side.
